المستخلص: This study comes in the context of a highly sensitive and dangerous Palestinian, Arab, international, and humanitarian political situation, namely the ongoing Zionist aggression against Gaza Strip. This aggression employs genocide and the destruction of all means of life as tools to implement its colonial, settler plan to empty the region of its original inhabitants, with full support from Western powers, led by the United States, and complicity from what is called the international community. This study conducts a historical comparison between the crimes committed in Algeria between 1830 and 1962 and those committed in Palestine from 1948 to 2024, to examine the similarities and differences between them, and the lessons and insights that can be drawn from these events.
