المستخلص: جاء الدراسة تحت عنوان (استراتيجية السياسة الفرنسية في تشاد في ظل المتغيرات الدولية) وهدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على السياسة الفرنسية واستراتيجياتها في دولة تشاد، والتي أصبحت ساحة للنزاع والصراع السياسي في أبعاده الدولية، حيث قامت فرنسا بنهب ثرواته وموارده، وعندما أصبحت مصدرا للثروات الطبيعية للدول الكبرى كان النصيب الأوفر والأكبر لفرنسا للحصول على هذا الهدف المطلوب، لذا أصبحت هذا التسابق نحو استغلال الموارد الطبيعية غاية منشودة لفرنسا، ومن أجل الوصول إليها لابد من التلاعب بالسياسيين والأحزاب السياسية داخل الدولة وخارجها، لتحقيق هذا الهدف الذي يسعى إليه المستعمر الفرنسي، وهذا لا يتم إلا من خلال وضع استراتيجية لزعزعت الدولة وزرع الفتن والتفرقة بين أبنائه. اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي باعتبارهما انسب المناهج لمثل هذه الدراسة، التي تتناول مواضيع الاستراتيجيات السياسية، بالإضافة إلى ذلك استعان الباحثان بالوثائق ذات الصلة من أجل الوصول لبعض الحقائق.

The research came under the title (the strategy of French policy in Chad in light of the changes in the international arena) that this research aims to shed light on the French policy and strategies in the State of Chad, so the State of Chad has become an arena for conflict and political conflict and its international dimensions and the looting of the wealth and resources of the State of Chad, when the colonizer looked and made the State of Chad a source of natural resources and all major countries have the largest and largest share to obtain the goal and goal required in this race towards the exploitation of natural resources and manipulation of politicians and political parties Inside and outside the country. The achievement of this goal of the French colonialist and others can only be achieved through the development of a strategy to destabilize the state and sow discord in the State of Chad and through those plans the state can maintain its relations with the rest of the other countries to protect its citizens and resources and the formation of its political influence and therefore resorted to the major countries to take a cooperative policy tight and accurate with the State of Chad, and took other African countries that became independent attention to the importance of economic issues and the need to address them bye way. The research relied on the descriptive and historical approach as the most appropriate approaches to the implementation of such research, which talked about political strategies, in addition to that, the research used rare documents to reach some facts.
