المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى المنعة النفسية وعلاقتها بمفهوم الذات لدى عينة من المتزوجات في سلطنة عمان، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (45) متزوجة في محافظة مسقط/ سلطنة عمان، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتطوير مقياسي المنعة النفسية ومفهوم الذات، والتحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين متغيري المنعة النفسية ومفهوم الذات، كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) في مقياس المنعة النفسية يعزى لمتغير العمر، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) في مقياس المنعة النفسية يعزى لمتغير المستوى الاقتصادي، كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) في مقياس مفهوم الذات يعزى لمتغير العمر، وبينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) في مقياس مفهوم الذات يعزى لمتغير المستوى الاقتصادي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بعدة توصيات منها: ضرورة عقد برامج إرشادية وندوات توعوية للمتزوجات؛ تكفل حصول المتزوجات على قدر من المعرفة المنظمة حول العلاقة الزوجية وبناء الأسرة وتحمل المسؤولية، وتنظيم وتنفيذ برامج إرشادية للزوجين معاً.

The current study aimed to identify psychological resilience and its relationship to self-concept among a sample of married women in the Sultanate of Oman. The researcher used the descriptive-associative approach., where the study sample consisted of (45) married women in Muscat Governorate / Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed two measures of psychological resilience. and self-concept, and verifying their psychometric characteristics. The results of the study showed that the level of psychological resilience and its impact on selfconcept is a medium level. The results of the study also found that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) in the psychological resilience measure due to the variable of age. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) in the measure of psychological resilience due to the economic level variable. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended several recommendations, including: the need to hold counseling programs and awareness seminars for married women; Ensuring that married women obtain a degree of organized knowledge about the marital relationship, building the family and taking responsibility, and organizing and implementing counseling programs for both spouses.
