The main finding: 1- Youth represent the great balance of Egypt in which the effective participation is based on at achieving its development, where as the total percentage of youth among the total population reaches about 33.5% which equal to 24.3 million young men who represent one third of the community. 2- For the educational situation among youth in the age group (18-35) year who got their higher education (university) or more represent 13.8% among males versus 12.4% for females. While the percentage for those who got their intermediate education or more reaches about 50. 7% for males versus 44.0% for females while, those who got less than intermediate education reach about 11.0% for males versus 8.6% for females. Were as, illiteracy rate among females reaches 29.9% versus 18.0% for males. 3- The rate of labor force participation among the youth who belong to the age groups of (18-35) year reaches 77 .8% employed versus 16.9% unemployed. The percentage of the employed males reaches 66.7% among the total percentage while females represent 12.l % only. Where as, the unemployed youth among males reach 10.9% versus 6.0% for females. The percentage of youth out of labor force reaches 22.4% the full- time students and about 81.9% for others (Like house wife¬disable to work). 4- The percentage of the married youth at the age group (18-35) years, reaches about 38.3% among males versus 63.9% for females. While the percentage of the unmarried youth among male's increases to reach 60.5% versus 33.0% for females. While the percentage of the divorced youth among males doesn’t exceed 0.3% while reaches 1.0% for female in the some age group. 5- The motor disability has recorded the highest percentage among youth at the age group (18-35) years to reach about 37.5% second, the mental disabilities which reaches about 28.5%, while the hearing disabilities recorded about 13.6% among youth. Where as, visual disability has recorded the lowest percentage among youth which was about 8.0%. Recommendations 1- Stressing the need to up grade the youth culture by developing to suitable cultural programs. 2- Given the importance of caring with the youth spiritually, mentally and physically and providing them with all the economic-social and cultural possibilities to help future generations to communicate with the new age. 3- Increase job opportunities for youth either males or females especially in rural areas. 4- Given the importance of curing with the disable youth by increasing care centers for the disabled persons and increase job opportunities which cab with their abilities.
