المستخلص: عني هذا النوع من الأبحاث ببيان أهمية القراءات القرآنية وكونها مصدرا أصيلا من مصادر الاستشهاد عند علماء الشريعة والعربية على حد سواء، كما يعنى هذا البحث ببيان التكامل المعرفي بين العلوم الشرعية- لا سيما القراءات القرآنية والسنة النبوية- وأنه لا انفكاك لأحد منهما عن الآخر، ومن مقاصد هذا البحث الرد على من أنكر بعض ألفاظ السنة النبوية والاستشهاد لهذه الألفاظ بشواهد وأمثلة من القراءات القرآنية. واعتمدت في هذا البحث على كتاب شواهد التوضيح والتصحيح لمشكلات الجامع الصحيح لابن مالك الأندلسي -رحمه الله، وقد سلكت في هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي والمقارن. أما طبيعة البحث فقد اقتضت أن ينقسم البحث إلى مبحثين وخاتمة، تضمن المبحث الأول القراءات القرآنية والسنة النبوية أوجه الائتلاف والاختلاف، وتضمن المبحث الثاني الاستشهاد لألفاظ الحديث النبوي بالقراءات القرآنية في كتاب شواهد التوضيح والتصحيح لمشكلات الجامع الصحيح لابن مالك الأندلسي- رحمه الله، وخلص البحث لعدة نتائج أبرزها: - عناية ابن مالك رحمه الله- بعلم القراءات رواية ودراية، واعتماده عليها في الترجيح بين المسائل. - جعل ابن مالك القراءات مصدرا من مصادر الاستشهاد اللغوي، بل جعلها مقدمةً على أقوال العرب وأشعارهم. - تقديم ابن مالك للقراءة القرآنية ولو خالفت ما عليه جمهور النحاة. - اعتنى ابن مالك رحمه الله بالدفاع عن القراءات التي طعن فيعا النحاة فيها، ففند تلكم الأقوال، واستدل لهذه القراءات بالشواهد من كلام العرب. - أصبحت اختيارات ابن مالك في توجيه القراءات والدفاع عنها مرجعا للعلماء من بعده.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Mohammad and upon all his family and companions. This type of research has meant to show the importance of the Quranic readings as being an authentic source of citation among the scholars of Sharia and Arabic alike. This research is concerned with the statement of cognitive integration between forensic sciences- especially the Quranic readings and the Sunnah of the Prophet which are not separated from each other. The purpose of this research is to respond to those who denied some of the words of the Sunnah and cite these words with evidence and examples of the Quranic readings. In this research, I relied on the book Evidence of Clarification and Correction of the Problems of the Sahih Al-Jamia of Ibn Malik Al-Andalusi- may Allah have mercy on him. In this research the analytical and comparative approach was used. The nature of the research has required that the research is divided into two sections and a conclusion. The first section included the Quranic readings and the Sunnah of the Prophet including aspects of similarities and difference. The second section includes citing the words of the Prophet's hadith Quranic readings in the book Evidence of clarification and correction of the problems of the AlJamia Al-Sahih written by Ibn Malik Andalusian- may God have mercy on him -, This research found several results, most notably: - Ibn Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) took care of the science of readings, narration and knowledge, and his reliance on them in weighing between issues. - Ibn Malik made the readings a source of linguistic citation, but made them a prelude to the sayings and poems of the Arabs. - Introducing Ibn Malik to read the Qur'an even if it contradicts what the grammarians have to say.- Ibn Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) took care to defend the readings that the grammarians challenged, so he refuted these sayings, and inferred these readings with evidence from the words of the Arabs. - Ibn Malik's choices in directing and defending the readings became a reference for the scholars after him.
