|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى تمويل البحث العلمي في الجامعات الفلسطينية وما تؤكده الإحصاءات من تأكيد ضعف التمويل اللازم للبحث العلمي في مختلف قطاعات التنمية وانعكاساته على جودة ونوعية الإنتاج، ولحاجة تمويل البحث العلمي ونوعيته في الجامعات فقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمقابلة الفردية كأداة مع مسؤول عمادات البحث العلمي والشؤون الإدارية والمالية لعينة من ثلاث جامعات فلسطينية (الإسلامية- الأزهر- الأقصى) وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة تدني مستوى تمويل البحث العلمي متدنياً مما ينعكس على جودة الإنتاج. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل مفهوم الجامعة المنتجة بتحويل البحوث العلمية من أبحاث استهلاكية إلى أبحاث من أجل الاستثمار واقترحت الدراسة مجموعة من الصيغ التي يمكن أن تحد من أزمة تمويل البحث العلمي في الجامعات
|b The study aimed at recognizing the amount level of scientific funding of researches in Palestinian universities Statistics emphasize the poor expenditure on scientific researches in various phases of development. That had a bad impact on quality and productivity so the study followed the descriptive analytical approach and individual interview with officials of deanships of scientific research and administrative affairs and funding for a sample of three Palestinian universities (Islamic- Al Azhar- Al Aqsa). The results of study confirmed the poor expenditure on scientific research in the universities, and the role of governmental and private sector was very low and that badly affected on the quality of production, the study recommend that: The need to activate the concept of producing university transfers of scientific research from consumer research to productive research. The study suggested a set of formulas which can reduce the crisis of funding for scientific research in the universities.
