The research consists of two chapters: Chapter I: introduces the Legal Maxims, stating their importance and proof. Chapter II: discusses and studies a selection of Jurisprudential rules, each in a separate section. Maxim I: If there are two cases of the same nature and objective, they are mostly treated as one case. Maxim II: The impossibility of a complete performance of an act does not remove the obligation of performing the possible part. Maxim III: Whoever starts performing an act of worship which becomes obligatory upon commencement, and then the act is invalidated, the person has to make it up the same way s/he rendered it invalid in the first place as far as s/he can. Maxim IV: It is recommended to avoid the cases of difference. Maxim V: It is disliked to give others preference over one's self concerning the means of nearness to Allah, while it is recommend in other cases. Maxim VI: There is no concession for acts of disobedience.
