This research includes a preface discussing the importance of the subject to the scholars and five issues listed as follows: The First: Definition, uses and divisions of the concept. The Second: Definition of the understood text and its divisions. The Third: Justification of the understood text The Fourth: Significance of the understood text The Fifth: Consequence of the understood text and after that the epilogue I discovered that the justification of this concept is driven from the language because the understood import stems from the spoken and the intellect which is specialized with remembrance. The understood is divided into five: necessity, motion, gesture, concepts of agreement and disagreement. I explained the concept of understood in details because of its importance in deducting rulings. |
