520 |b This is considered as one of the most essen¬tial topic in our age. Fields of knowledge are always developing, thus jurisprudence has the same vitality. The application of the dispositions of civil responsibility on doc¬tors provokes many controversial debates. Some jurists are with others are against. Some of them try to question doctors other not. However, the civil responsibility becomes important when the doctors com¬mit intentional errors. There are some unin¬tentional errors bin they are not serious and not dangerous, in this respect the civil responsibility is not applicable. Therefore, the nature of error must be the reason of the responsibility. Doctors should also be given some freedom on the other hand: the nature of the obligation must be taken into consid¬eration. Two types of obligation exist: one of care the other of result. The last fifty years have already seen a vast development in the field of medicine. Many branches are inaugurated, the doctors enjoy certain protection and patients enjoy certain protection. Then the evaluation of the error is the matter of extreme importance. On this basis the responsibility could work. Finally, the medical responsibility sees more development because it is an integral pan of human knowledge. As a result jurisprudence sees automatically the same development.
