هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة مواءمة التخصصات والبرامج التي تقدمها كليتي الأميرة عالية، وعمان الجامعية، لمتطلبات سوق العمل الأردني، من وجهة نظر الطلبة أنفسـهم، وعلاقة ذلك ببعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلـغ عـددها(880) طالبـا وطالبة، بنسبة مئوية مقدارها (0.10%) من مجتمع الدراسة الكلي، وقد تم توزيـع الاسـتبيانات بالطريقة العشوائية، وقد تم استرجاع ما مجموعه(766) استبانة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، أعـد الباحث استبانة تكونت بصورتها النهائية، بعد إجراءات الصدق والثبات من (49) فقرة، توزعت على خمسة مجالات هي: مواءمة أعداد الخريجين، وتوجيه الطلبة نحو متطلبات سـوق العمـل، ومواءمة مهارات تقنية المعلومات لمتطلبات سوق العمل، والمهارات المعرفية والأدائية، وتنميـة الاتجاهات، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، تم اسـتخدام المتوسـطات الحسـابية والانحرافـات المعيارية، وتحليل التباين الثلاثي، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الآتي: 1. إن درجة مواءمة التخصصات والبرامج التي تقدمها كليتي الأميرة عالية، وعمان الجامعية، لمتطلبات سوق العمل الأردني، من وجهة نظر الطلبة هي متوسطة، وقـد حصـلت علـى متوسط حسابي بلغ (68.2). عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α = 05.0) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينـة الدراسة حول درجة مواءمة التخصصات والبرامج التي تقدمها كليتي الأميرة عالية، وعمان الجامعية، لمتطلبات سوق العمل الأردني، تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات. 2. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α = 05.0) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينـة الدراسة حول درجة مواءمة التخصصات والبرامج التي تقدمها كليتي الأميرة عالية، وعمان الجامعية، لمتطلبات سوق العمل الأردني، تعزى لأثر التخصص فـي جميـع المجـالات، باستثناء مجالي مواءمة مهارات تقنية المعلومات لمتطلبات سوق العمل، وتنمية الاتجاهات، وجاءت الفروق لصالح العلوم الإنسانية في مجال مواءمة مهارات تقنية المعلومات لمتطلبات سوق العمل، ولصالح العلوم العلمية في مجال تنمية الاتجاهات. 3. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α = 05.0) تعزى لأثر السنة الدراسية في جميـع المجالات، باستثناء مجالي مواءمة مهارات تقنيـة المعلومـات لمتطلبـات سـوق العمـل والمهارات المعرفية والأدائية، وجاءت الفروق لصالح السنة الرابعة. \
The study aim at exploring the degree of the compatibility of majors and programs provided by Princess Alia College and Amman University College for the requirements of the Jordanian labor Market as perceived by students themselves and its relation with some demographic variables. A random sample was chosen totaling (880) male and female students with a percentage of (10.0%) from the total population. Number of (766) questionnaires were retrieved. Moreover, the achieve the aims of this study the researcher developed a questionnaire consisted in its final form of (49) items distributed on five domains: compatibility of graduators, Guiding students towards labor market, compatibility of information technology skills for labor market requirements, performance and knowledge skills and developing attitudes. To answer the questions of the study the researcher used means, standard deviations and Three-way ANOVA. The findings of the study were as follows: )1 The degree of the compatibility of majors and programs provided by Princess Alia College and Amman University College for the requirements of the Jordanian labor Market as perceived by students is moderate with a mean of (2.68). )2 There were no significant statistical differences at the level of (α=0.05) between the means of the samples’ responses about the degree of the compatibility of majors and programs provided by Princess Alia College and Amman University College for the requirements of the Jordanian labor Market due to gender variable on all domains. )3 There were no significant statistical differences at the level of (α=0.05) between the means of the samples’ responses about the degree of the compatibility of majors and programs provided by Princess Alia College and Amman University College for the requirements of the Jordanian labor Market due to major effect on all 3 domains except for compatibility of information technology skills for labor market requirements and developing attitudes for the favor of humanitarian sciences in the compatibility of information technology skills for labor market requirements domain and for scientific sciences in developing attitudes. )4 There were no significant statistical differences at the level of (α=0.05) due to the study level in all domains except for the compatibility of information technology skills for labor market requirements domain as well as performance and knowledge skills for the favor of 4th year students. \
