المستخلص: It has been passed 1350 years when the city of Najaf was first established. During this period, the land use has changes due to the cultural and constructional variables. But Najaf remained maintaining their heritage, historical and religious characteristics, and it has become a national task to preserve the Najafi heritage and what it has of authentic constructional values and remained in the four sides of Najaf of heritage landmarks such as the alleyways, arches, cellars religious schools, ancient mosques and others. We set forth following recommendations in front of the officials. 1-Organizing the buildings surrounding the Holy Shrine with what suits the sanctity of that shrine. 2-Taking care of the wadi AI-Selam cemetery and considering it as a cemetery for all Moslems 3- Utilizing the area of the Najaf Sea touristicly and organizing the Sea corniche beginning from the Imam Zeinul-Abedeen Sanctuary till AIThawra quarter. 4- Keeping the heritage centers and what they have of crypts, graves and Islamic Arabesques. 5- Repairing the reminds of the Najaf fence and Khan AI-Shealan because they relate the historical struggle of the honored city of Najaf. 6-Maintaining the Sow bits standing in the four sides and preventing their fall. 7- Maintaining the specialized markets as they indicate their historical ancientness.
