الحمد لله وحده، والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده ... أما بعد: فهذا البحث الموسوم بـ (فهم السلف الصالح للنصوص الشرعية حقيقته وأهميته وحجيته) للباحث / د. عبد الله بن عمر الدميجي - عضو هيئة التدريس بجامعة أم القرى - يهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على قضية "فهم السلف الصالح " للنصوص الشريعة بعد أن ظهرت أقلام تنادي بعدم ضرورة التزامنا بفهم أقوام مضى عليهم أربعة عشر قرنا لهذه النصوص و انما لابد من إعادة فهمها فهما جديدا يواكب الحياة المعاصرة وينسجم مع متطلباتها، فظهرت دعوات تجديد الخطاب الديني والخطاب السلفي على وجه الخصوص واعادة قراءة النص وظاهرة التيسير المعاصر والسلفية الجديدة ... الخ. فجاء هذا البحث في ثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، الأول كان عن حقيقة فهم السلف، والثاني عن أهميته وعناية العلماء بتدوينه، أما الفصل الثالث فكان عن حجيته والأدلة على ذلك وثمرات الالتزام به. وكان من أبرز نتائج البحث أن للسلف الصالح من الخصائص والميزات التي لا تجتمع في غيرهم ما يوجب تقديم فهمهم عن سائر فهوم المتأخرين كسلامة مصادرهم في التلقي ومعاصرتهم الوحي والتنزيل وعهد النبوة وسلامة لغتهم وأفهامهم وحرصهم على العلم وفهمه والعمل بما علموه مما أورثهم مزيد فهم لا يشاركهم فيه غيرهم. واقتضى هذا أن المتعين على طالب العلم المريد للحق الوقوف على فهم السلف للنصوص الشرعية والاعتبار به بعد وقوفه على تلك النصوص . كما تبين أن من أكبر أسباب الابتداع في الدين والانحراف عن المنهج الحق (الوسط) والوقوع في الغلو والإفراط أو في الجفاء والتفريط قديماً وحديثا هو الانحراف في فهم النصوص الشرعية والتفلت من فهم السلف الصالح لها. وهذا ما يؤول إلى تعطيل النصوص ودلالاتها الشرعية والاختلاف عليها. في مقابل أن فهم السلف الصالح هو السبيل الوحيدة لمعرفة مراد الله تعالى ومراد رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم الحاسم لمادة الابتداع، الضابط في معرفة السنة من البدعة، العاصم من الفرقة والاختلاف، المورث للطمأنينة النفسية، القاضي على عوامل الشك والارتياب. هذه أبرز نتائج هذا البحث وهناك نتائج أخرى مذيلة في آخره، نسأل الله عز وجل أن يجعله خالصاً لوجهه الكريم نافعاً لعباده المؤمنين، وصلى الله وسلم وبارك على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين \
Praise be to Allah alone; blessing and peace upon whom there is no Prophet. This research, which is titled (the understanding of venerable Muslim ancestors for Islamic texts (Its reality, significance and evidences), is authored by Dr. Abdullah Omar AlDimaiji, a teaching staff member at Umm Al-Qura University. It aims at shedding light on the issue of (the understanding of venerable Muslim ancestors for Islamic texts), especially after the emergence of writers whose claim that we should not necessarily abide ourselves with the comprehension of these people, who lived fourteen centuries ago, for these texts; but that it is essential that we re-comprehend these texts in a new manner that copes with temporary life and harmonizes with its requirements. In fact, we noticed that the appearance of disturbing new calls for renewing the religious discourse in general and discourse of venerable Muslim ancestors in particular, for re- reading of texts as well as for the spreading of easiness phenomenon and new version claiming the understanding of venerable Muslim ancestors. This research is divided into three chapters and a conclusion; the first on the realty of the understanding of venerable Muslim ancestors for Islamic texts, the second on its significance and the care given by scholars for its recording and third on evidences as well as the fruits expected to be reaped by abiding to it. The most significant result of the research is that venerable Muslim ancestors had special characteristics that were not possessed by any one other than them, an act that makes it incumbent upon us to prefer their understanding to that of others who came after them in sequence for the following reasons: - Their resources of knowledge acquisition, as well as language and comprehension were safe; they were present when the Qur'anic verses (Islamic texts) were revealed and they attended the sermons and guidance of the Holy Prophet when he was alive; they displayed due keenness in knowledge acquisition and understanding as well as applying what they learned, an act that guaranteed them more proper understanding which could not be matched by that of any other group of people. This necessitates that any one seeking true knowledge must know and follow the understanding of venerable Muslim ancestors for Islamic texts after through review of such texts. It was indicated that the greatest cause for innovation in Islamic religion and for deviation from the true path (moderate), exercise of excessiveness and negligence, whether in the past or present, is the improper tendency in the understanding of venerable Muslim ancestors for Islamic Texts; as such erroneous comprehension is purported to discourage people from using such texts, invalidate their Islamic significances and create disagreement over them. However, it must be said that the understanding of venerable Muslim ancestors for Islamic texts is the only way for knowing what Allah Almighty and the Holy Prophet (May blessing and peace be upon him) wanted for us; and it is looked upon as a crucial element that fights innovation, controls the criteria in distinguishing Sunnah from the acts of innovation in religion, serves as safeguard against dispute, secures tranquility and abolishes suspicion. The above are the most significant results of the research; but there are other minor ones which are mentioned at the end of the research.
