المستخلص: French - British - soviet negotiations had not succeeded to contract areal defense compact to stop the attaker . And they hoped toper suade German to be divected toward the east hopping that German will impact the soviet Union so the soviet Union and Nazise German had started economic negotiations which finished with anonaggrission pact between them in 23rd .August in 1939. this pact concludes that the two sides should take aneutral situation ,if one of these two sides had entered the war, following this pach aprotocl to divid the authority areas between them in the eastern Europe . The soviet Union seeked from this pact to earn a lot of aot & Time for the military readies . Moreover that to make the Nazise German impact with the western states . While German aimed to achieve their demands in Boland ,alsothey do not obliged to fight on two fronts in the European continent …
