المستخلص: Sculpture Arab constitutions regulations are different political (private - parliamentary - presidential) property of the Republic about being alone with the president powers to constitutional significance, and even become the majority of constitutional regimes of Arab, if not all of like systems, especially playing the President an important role in the management of the state and the conduct of its affairs, and look where the rest of the state authorities and track circuits as the President in the management and decisions. Unlike the constitutions of the developed countries and the most democratic, which is always keen to organize the work of the President, as can be with him performing his constitutional duties according to the boundaries of their side and to preserve the dignity of the President and his status as a symbol of the state of the other. But this immunity does not mean under any circumstances, immunization of the President from functional responsibility for his mistakes or abuse his powers.
