هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تحقيق كليات المجتمع الخاصة لحاجات الطلبة المتفوقين العقلية المعرفية والجسمية الأدائية من وجهة نظر الطلبة المتفوقين في كليات المجتمع الخاصة في عمان. تكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع مجتمع الطلبة المتفوقين في كليات المجتمع الخاصة في عمان، من الذكور والإناث البالغ عددهم (360) طالبا وطالبة، بواقع (190) طالبًا، و(170) طالبة. وقام الباحث بتطوير استبانه تقيس حاجات الطلبة المتفوقين. وبينت النتائج إلى أن كليات المجتمع الخاصة في عمان تلبي حاجات الطلبة المتفوقين وبدرجة متوسطة. كما أشارت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مدى تلبية كليات المجتمع الخاصة في عمان للحاجات العقلية والأدائية والحاجات ككل تعزي لمتغير الجنس ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة =(05.)في مدى تلبية كليات المجتمع الخاصة في عمان للحاجات العقلية باختلاف نوع التفوق، ولصالح المتفوقين أدائيا. وكذلك أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة= (05.) في مدى تلبية كليات المجتمع الخاصة في عمان للحاجات الأدائية والكلية باختلاف نوع التفوق. وأوصت الدراسة بإجراء دراسة شاملة للحاجات تتضمن الحاجات النفسية والحدسية والانفعالية والاجتماعية، وإنشاء ناد خاص بالطلبة المتفوقين في الكليات وعقد دورات تدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس للتعامل مع الطلبة المتفوقين، وإنشاء مركز للإرشاد النفسي في كليات المجتمع الخاصة.
This paper tended to know the extent to which the private colleges meet the preeminent student's needs, mental, physical, performance and knowledge needs upon the view of the preeminent students through answering the following questions. 1- Do the private colleges meet the needs of the preeminent student? 2- Are there statically differences to measure the achievement of the private college's role upon the view of the students and according to the gender variant? 3- Are there statically differences to measure the achievement of the private college's role upon the view of the students and According to the type of preeminence variant? The sample of the paper was formed of (360) preeminent private colleges students (190) male, (170) female. The result of the paper showed that the private colleges meet the preeminent student's needs very much; it also showed that there are no statically differences of archiving the mental, physical, and performance needs, needs are attributed to gender. This paper showed that there are statically differences equals ≥ (0.05) of achieving the needs according to the type of preeminence, these differences were pro the performance preeminent students. It also showed that there are no statically differences equals ≥ (0.05) of meeting the private colleges students performance needs according to type of the preeminence. The study recommended to adopt a comprehensive study needs includes the mental knowledge needs, the emotional needs, the social needs, the institutive needs, the physical, and performance needs. The paper recommended to establish a private preeminent students club inside the private college, holding training courses for the teaching staff to deal with the preeminent students, and to establish psychological consultations center inside the private colleges.
