|b Japans- Russians wars were considered as one of the main events that it takes the first place in the twenties the century. It had allowed for Japanese to arise as apolitical l, military force to the East. Also there is an arising to the USA as a world force in the diplomatic scale, through the attempts for the American president and his efforts to stop this war. And from the military side, this war prorids an importance exceeds to the fire of the new war. So it had assigned an enlarge change in the nature of military processes. It is worth to mention. that this war contribute in the rising of the Asian peoples to face the European colonialism that excited the peoples of India, Chine, Iran, Turkey. And also it was as a production to explode the evolution of October in Russia.
