المستخلص: Care research study and analysis of the spatial variation of the endemic diseases in province of Najaf from the elimination of another, has been the cause of these diseases, natural variables, especially weather and the other was a human family income and level of education and health services, because the relationship of these variables are so great in the spread of a type of disease, especially diseases (high blood pressure, liver, stomach, kidney disease respiratory infections and diarrhea). The search to find that the study area suffers from significant problems of environmental pollution, especially the most prominent air pollution caused by vehicle exhausts and various factories, and water pollution, which has a significant impact on the spread of a number of diseases, especially diarrhea and stomach. The study highlighted that the incidence of endemic diseases in the province of Najaf, has differed between males and females, reaching (50%) males and (49.9%) for females, and the reason for this is that males are more vulnerable to environmental conditions and harsh living female. At the level of administrative units has been the elimination of Najaf was ranked first in the incidence of endemic diseases, followed by the elimination of kufa and then eliminate Almnadhirp by (61, 27, 12%) each respectively. The study found through research, analysis and interpretation of climate data, health and professional relationship with the most important endemic diseases in the province of Najaf to a number of recommendations and proposals, the most important of the dissemination of health and cultural awareness among the population to enact legislation to address the problems of pollution, especially those resulting from the exhaust of old vehicles, as well as the need for the issuance of bulletins and detailed day-to-day air to take the necessary precautions by the population on the waves of the severe cold, which is linked to the spread of respiratory diseases and diarrhea, especially in children and the elderly. The study recommends the need to increase the number of doctors in the province of Najaf from different disciplines, which help to form the delivery of health services to address the population of endemic diseases. \
