عنوان البحث: حديث ( اصنعوا لآل جعفر طعاماً ) رواية ودراية \\ خطة البحث : تشتمل هذه الخطة على مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة وفهارس، أما المقدمة فتناول فيها الباحث الحكمة من صنع الطعام لأهل الميت، وسبب اختياره لهذا البحث وخطة البحث. \\ أما المبحث الأول فهو دراسة الحديث رواية وفيه ثلاثة مطالب: \\ المطلب الأول: تخريج الحديث. \\ المطلب الثاني : دراسة إسناد الحديث. \\ المطلب الثالث : الحكم على الحديث. \\ والمبحث الثاني دراسة الحديث دراية وفيه خمسة مطالب: \\ المطلب الأول : سبب ورود الحديث. \\ المطلب الثاني : تعريف النعي وحكمه. \\ المطلب الثالث : تعريف التعزية، وفضلها، ووقتها، ومكانها، والاجتماع لها، وألفاظها. \\ المطلب الرابع: صنع الطعام لأهل الميت. \\ المطلب الخامس: البدع المحدثة في العزاء. \\ والهدف من هذا البحث: دراسة هذا الحديث دراسة حديثيه مؤصلة تشتمل على مصادرة الأصلية، ثم دراسة طرقه التي روي منها ثم الحكم عليها في ضوء قواعد علم الجرح والتعديل وبيان صحيحها من ضعيفها، ثم بيان أهم الأحكام الفقهية المستنبطة منها. \\ ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من خلال هذا البحث: أن هذا الحديث حديث حسن وقد حكم عليه بعض أئمة الحديث بذلك، وتبين لي أن صنع الطعام لأهل الميت سنة، أما صنعهم الطعام لغير حاجة واجتماع الناس عليه فهو بدعة، كما تبين لي أن التعزية ليس لها مكان ولا زمان محددان.
itle: Hadith (Make food for the Jafar,s family) is a narration and familiar Research plan : This plan contains an introduction, and tow parts, and a conclusion and indexes. In the introduction Im clarifies the wisdom of making food for the family of the deceased, and the reason for my choice of this research and the research plan. The first topic is an study the narration of the hadith, with three demands :Th e first demand: documentation the hadith The second demand: study the attribution of this hadith The third demand: the governance on the hadith And the second topic, the hadith study as knowledge in the six demands :The first demand : Reason of receipt of this hadith The second demand: brief biographies of Jafar's family The third demand: the definition or the obituary, and it is governance Fourth demand: the definition of condolence, and Preferred to it , and it time, and it place, and the meeting for it, and it words. The fifth demand: making food for the family of the deceased The sixth demand sixth: the updated innovations in the consolation, the aim of this research, studying this hadith thoroughly and hadithia rooting study in the narration side study of Hadith and it documentation form original sources, and then study it narration ways , and then the governance on in light of the rules of science of the wound and amendment, and a statement what the right and weak from it , and then statement the most important jurisprudential rulings that extrapolated from it. \\ The most important results that I reached from this research : This hadith is a good, and some imams was sentenced by that, and appeared for me that making food for the family of the deceased is Sunnah, cither making food without need, and meeting people it is heresy, and appeared for me that consolation had no place or time.
