قامت الباحثة بدراسة سمات الشخصية الباحثين على عينة قوامها 130 عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأزهر بهدف توضيح بعض سمات شخصية الباحثين من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة ، واشتملت العينة على 43 من الذكور و 87 من الإناث من التخصصات الأدبية كلية الدراسات الإنسانية ، التجارة ، التربية ، والدراسات الإسلامية والعربية ، من الدرجات العلمية المختلفة من درجة مدرس مساعد إلى الأستاذ وبعد تطبيق اختباري سمات الشخصية (إعداد الباحثة) الذي يساعد في تحديد سمات الشخصية وفقا لأربعة أبعاد هي التفكير ، الوجدان ، الحدس ، نمط الأداء ، مقياس أيزنك للشخصية لقياس متغيري الانطواء والانبساط ، توصلت الباحثة للنتائج الآتية : \\ -\\\ توجد ارتباطات بين متغيرات الدراسة (مجال التفكير ، الوجدان ، الحدس ، نمط الأداء ، الدرجة الكلية (1) الانطواء ، الانبساط ، الدرجة الكلية (2) وكلها دالة عند مستوى 0.01 . \\ -\\\ وجود فروق في درجات سمات الشخصية لدى مجموعتي الذكور والإناث في متغيرات التفكير و الوجدان و الحدس والدرجة الكلية (1) لصالح مجموعة الذكور وهي دالة عند مستوى .05 .بينما لا توجد فروق دالة بين مجموعتي الذكور والإناث في متغيرات نمط الأداء والانطواء والانبساط والدرجة الكلية (2) مما يعني أن سمات الشخصية تختلف باختلاف طبيعة الجنس وأن كل جنس له خصائصه التي تميزه عن الجنس الآخر . \\ -\\\ كما وجدت فروق دالة بين مجموعتي التخصص العلمي و الأدبي عند مستوى .05 في متغيرات مجال التفكير والدرجة الكلية (1) لصالح التخصص العلمي ، كما لم توجد فروق دالة بين التخصيين في الوجدان والحدس ونمط الأداء والانطواء والانبساط والدرجة الكلية (2) . \\ -\\\ كما وجدت فروق دالة بين مجموعات البحث طبقا لمتغير العمر الزمني في متغيرات الشخصية ؛التفكير و الوجدان و الحدس والانطواء ،الدرجة الكلية (1) والدرجة الكلية (2) وكلها دالة عند مستوى .01 لصالح المراحل العمرية المتقدمة ، كما لم توجد فروق في مجالي نمط الأداء والانبساط . وأن الفروق في العمر الزمني لسمات شخصية الباحثين تختلف باختلاف المرحلة العمرية مما يدل على أن الخبرة تزداد بتزايد مراحل العمر . \\ -\\\ وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا لمستويات الدرجات العلمية في متغيرات التفكير والحدس والانطواء والدرجة الكلية (1، 2) وهي دالة عند مستوى .01 ، .05،بينما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا للدرجات العلمية في متغيرات نط الأداء والانبساط . \\ -\\\ تم التوصل إلى 26 عاملا بعد إجراء التدوير المتعامد تصف الشخصية في مجالات التفكير والوجدان والحدس ونمط الأداء والانطواء والانبساط . وتتفق مع ما توصلت إليه الدراسات السابقة في بعض هذه العوامل كما هو موضح بالتحليل العاملي سابقا .
The researcher examined the characteristics of personality of researchers to a sample of 130 stuff members of the faculty at Al Azhar University In order to clarify some of the personal characteristics of researchers from university stuff members, and the sample consisted of 43 males and 87 females from disciplines different scientific medicine, pharmacy, science ,engineering , agriculture , and interdisciplinary literary Faculty of Humanities, Commerce , Education, and Islamic studies and Arabic, of degrees different from the degree of Assistant Lecturer to professor and after applying a test personality types (by the researcher), which helps to identify some of personality types according to four dimensions : of thinking , conscience , intuition, the pattern of performance , the measure of the Eysenck personality to measure the variables of introversion and extroversion , the researcher reached the following results : \\ -\\\ There are correlations between the variable of the stuffy (the area of thinking , conscience, intuition, pattern of performance, the total degree (1) introversion , extroversion, total degree (2) all of function at a level of .01 . \\ -\\\ There are difference in degrees of personality types in two groups of males and females in the variables of thinking, conscience, intuition, and the total degree (1) for the male group which is a function at a level of .05 while no significant differences between the two sets of male and female in the pattern of performance , introversion , extroversion and the total degree (2) which means that personality types vary according to the nature of sex and that each sex has its characteristics that distinguish it from the opposite sex . \\ -\\\ Also found significant differences between the two sets of specialization scientific and literary at the level of .05 in the variables ; area of thinking and total score (1) for the benefit of scientific specialization , as there were no significant differences between the two sets of specialization in , conscience, intuition and pattern of performance and introversion and extroversion and total degree (2) . \\ -\\\ Also found significant differences between the research groups according to the variable of age in personal variables ; of thinking , conscience, intuition and introversion ,the total degree (1), and total degree (2) all of function at a level of .01 .for aged advanced , as there were no differences in the areas : pattern of performance and extroversion. And that differences in the personal characteristics of researchers vary according to age, indicating that the experience increases the growing stages of life. \\ The presence of statistically significant differences of levels of variables Degrees in thinking and intuition, introversion and total degrees (1,2) which function at a level of .01 while no statistically significant differences in the degrees of both the pattern of performance and extroversion variables . \\ There was 26 factors after the orthogonal rotation describes the personality in the areas of thinking, conscience, intuition and pattern of performance, introvertion and extroversion which agreed with the previous studies in some of these factors as described previously factorial analysis.
