المستخلص: The problem of study lies in keeping abstract with the education curriculum in the Republic Of Yemen for the changes of labor market, and objectives and programs of the socio-economic plans. This explains the fault in the rise of educa-tion loss (failure and steal away) that flows towards the labor market. This appears through the educational schedule of the workers where non-skilled labor forms 84% of the total working forces. This does not conform with the needs of la-bor market. As the backwardness of educational system con-tributed to the rise to unemployment average among graduates where the educational skeleton of the unemployment indicates to the spread of unemployment among graduates in the theoretical specialties. In the light of this, the study aims to show the role of education as an inlet to economical development through the perusal of the educational reality in the republic of Yemen through the policies and procedure fixed in the first five years plan (1996-2000) for the reformation of the educational sector and difficulties facing this process and the effect of these policies on the labor market.
