المستخلص: Unemployment represents one of the basic problems not only in Yemen and developing countries but also, it became a problem for all countries in the advanced world. This study puts a brief summary about unemployment, its concept and kinds of the international level, then appearing the unemployment in economy of Yemen through displaying features of unemployment phenomenon, it also concentrates on the main reasons of this phenomenon, some of which is related to the offer such as population, educational reasons and others related to the demand side such as external immigration specially to the neighboring Arab countries. Then the study moves to show the proposed scenarios for facing unemployment problem in econo-my of Yemen from the national point of view, then from the ter-ritorial point of view and then from the international point of view through acquiring benefits from experiments of some coun-tries in this field. This study ends with some recommendations which were achieved, by reseaarchers in Arab Research and Studies Institutes.
