المستخلص:	Due to the importance of direct foreign investment in boosting economic growth, Algeria has exerted large efforts to provide a convenient environment that would help in at¬-tracting investments. Nevertheless, most relevant statistics prove that the largest part of investments coming to Algieria has been allocated to energy sector, it is a totally new invest¬-ment that does not relate to ownership changes. After the sign of partnership agrement between higher and the Euro¬-pean union, the current study attempts to explore the possi¬-ble impacts of this agreement on foreign investment, but the absence of a useful data relate to this newly signed agreement makes us rely the availaable literature with regard both the Tunisian and Moroccaan experiences, in this respect.
