المستخلص: The Food Crisis reached a level that start to bluster the security& set-tlement of Egypt, in an economical, political & social way, and the contin-uation of this status will lead finally to the destruction & failure of all the National Developing projects, and also will lead to the impossibility of supplying the needs of all the population from food, because of the lasting of the increasing disability & deficiency in the Trading Balance & in the payments, Recipients Balance, and also the accelerating refuge to the ex-ternal debts. This Research Work will show the different meanings of the Food Se-curity, and the Requests of obtaining such a Security, Also it states of the Rate of the Self Sufficient of needs, and that Meaning is not going to be ob-tained by cheapening or decreasing the Food imorts because this will harm the Topic status of the population, Also the Research will show compari-sons between the relative weight of Food Groups in the Nourishment pat-tern, and the Self Sufficient Rates, beside a presentation for the structure of the External Trading in the Agricultural & Nutritional Products. The Research will also suggest a group of signals & indicators which will help in measuring how much the dependence of Egypt on the outer world for satisfying it’s nutritional needs, to determine how far could Egypt achieve the best Saturation rate in the Food field. The Research will finally summarize the dangerous risk of this Food disability, from Economical, Political & Social risk views, besides Sug-gesting a group of future solutions that should be focused to limit these dangerous riskinesses & try to restricct them as much as possible.
