يدور هذا البحث حول علمين كبيرين من أعلامنا، أحدهما: المتنبي شاعر العربية الأكبر (ت 354 هـ)، وهو غني عن التعريف؛ فهو من أكبر شعراء العربية، ومن أكثر الشعراء الذين تعرض لهم العلماء بالدراسة والتحليل، فعدد شراحه يفوق الحصر. والآخر: ابن الشجري، أحد كبار العلماء والنحاة في القرن السادس الهجري (ت 542 هـ). تدور الدراسة حول موقف ابن الشجري من المتنبي في كتابه الأمالي، وهو كتاب رائد من كتب النحو التعليمي، النحو العربي الذي لا يدرس القواعد كما وردت خلال أبواب نحوية بل يتعرض للقواعد من خلال النصوص، وهو ما أطلق عليه اسم النحو التطبيقي. ومن المعلوم أن شعر المتنبي خارج عن دائرة الاستشهاد التي اعتبرها معظم النحاة؛ لأنه من شعراء العصر العباسي، وهم قد قصر معظمهم الاستشهاد على منتصف القرن الثاني الهجري. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن جهد ابن الشجري في إعراب أبيات المتنبي وحل مشكلها وبيان مدى تأثره بالسابقين وأثره في اللاحقين.
This paper focuses on two prominent authors, al- Mutanabbi and Ibn al-Shajari. The former (d. 354 AH) is one of the greatest poets of Arabic whose poetry has been the topic of an endless series of studies and analysis by eminent scholars. On the other hand, Ibn al- Shajari (d. 542 AH) is one of the outstanding scholars and grammarians of the sixth century after the Hijra. The study tackles the attitude of Ibn al- Shajari towards al- Mutanabbi’s book al-Amali, one of the pioneer educational books of grammar. This book does not follow the traditional approach of listing grammatical rules in a chapter-by-chapter fashion. Instead, the author analyzes grammar within its context by means of applied syntax. As the citation method was limited to the second century after the Hijra, al-Mutanabbi thus falls outside the citation era since he is classified as an Abbasid poet. Ibn al-Shajari fore-fathered other grammarians such as Ibn Jinni, al-Akbari, Ibn al-Qatta and others in studying the poetry of al-Mutanabbi. This paper purports to explore the efforts of Ibn al-Shajari in analyzing and solving the problems of al-Mutanabbi’s poetry. It also assesses the influence of his predecessors and his contribution to the works of his successors.
