|b Dr.Ahmed Mathloob had presented sincere efforts in the field of Arabic eloquence. These efforts are so effective that one couldn't neglect them, since they come as a result of his study in Cairo in early part of his continuous research and publishing. The outcome reached about fifty books. He was praised by Dr. Suhair A1 -halmawi in that “Ahmed Matloob is rare example for those industrious in the research”. This paper deals with his career, his birth and his positions during his scientific and academic life. It falls in three parts: his publications and his investigations of the old documents, What he had collected from his studies of criticism, and his thoughts in “Eloquence”. It is essential to attempt to introduce Dr. Ahmed who was a member of the Iraqi Scientific Society and a professor of the Arabic eloquence in the University of Baghdad.
