للفلسفة حقول في البحث والتفكير تسعى إلى فهم غوامض الوجود والواقع، كما تحاول أن تكتشف ماهية الحقيقة والمعرفة، وأن تدرك ماله قيمة أساسية وأهمية عظمى في الحياة. كذلك تنظر الفلسفة في العلاقات القائمة بين الإنسان والطبيعة، وبين الفرد والمجتمع. وتظهر أهمية البحث في التعرف على أهم الأركان الاولمبية القديمة والحديثة من خلال دراسة ايديولوجية مقارنة. لان الأيديولوجية تكمن قدرتها في الاحاطة بالحقائق الاجتماعية وصياغتها صياغة جديدة؛ فهي لا تستبعد عناصر معينة من الواقع بقدر ما نسعى لتقييم نسق يضم عناصر نفسية واجتماعية ودينية...الخ، مماثل للواقع الذي تدعو إليه الأيديولوجية الاولمبية. وظهرت مشكلة البحث في التساؤل التالي ما هو وجه الاختلاف الفلسفي بين بعض مفاهيم الألعاب الاولمبية القديمة والحديثة؟ (من خلال دراسة إيديولوجية مقارنة). في رسم صورة للواقع الاجتماعي وتقديم خريطة له وأن تكون محوراً لخلق الوعي الجماعي للألعاب الاولمبية. يهدف البحث التعرف على الاختلافات في بعض مفاهيم أركان الألعاب الاولمبية القديمة والحديثة من خلال (دراسة إيديولوجية مقارنة). وتم استخدام المنهج التاريخي لملاءته وطبيعة الدراسة الحالية، وتم استخدام أسلوب تحليل المحتوى للمصادر العلمية ''الثانوية للوصول إلى نتائج البحث. ومن عرض النتائج ومناقشتها تم التوصل إلى أهم الاستنتاجات الآتية:- عدة فروقات أهمها: 1- كانت الاحتفالية قديما هي تمجيد لزوس فوق قمم جبل أولمبيا المقدسة، بينما فلسفه الألعاب الاولمبية الحديثة هي التي تجتمع فيها جمله فضائل ومحاسن الجسم المجرد مع الارادة والعقل وترفعها الى جمله متكاملة ومتوازنة من خلال عرض معالم التراث للمدينة المنظيمة للألعاب الأولمبية التي كانت وما زالت بلا شك الحادثة الأكثر وضوحا وسطوعا. 2- من المؤكد إن الألعاب الاولمبية القديمة ليست لها شخصية معنوية دولية، بل هي أسيرة دويلات الاغريق فقط، بينما الألعاب الاولمبية الحديثة كونت لنفسها شخصية معنوية دولية مستلقة وفي ضوء الاستنتاجات أوصت الباحثة بما يأتي:- 1- في رؤية هذه الحقيقة، انه من الصعوبة للمؤرخين أن يتحدثوا عن "انبعاث" الألعاب الاولمبية من قبل كوبرتان.
