المستخلص: الوصايا من الفنون النثرية التي حرصت مدونات الأدب العربي على أن تفسح لها مساحة واسعة في صفحاتها، وأن تخصص لها أبواباً مستقلة تعبيرا منها عن الأهمية البالغة التي تتمتع بها، فهي زبدة المخاض العسير، وخلاصة التجارب الطويلة، يصوغها الحكماء من هذه الأمة أقوالاً، ليقدموها لمن أراد الانتفاع منها، فيأخذوا الخبرة وقد كفوا معاناة مكابدتها. وقد عنيت هذه الدراسة باستقراء وصايا رجل من رجال هذه الأمة التي عرف من بينها بالحكمة وشجاعة القول والعمل وهما قلما يتهيأن لرجل، فذهبت الدراسة أولا إلى تقصي عناية كتب التراث بوصايا الإمام علي - ع - عموماً، ثم عكفت على دراسة وصاياه الوردة في نهج البلاغة خصوصا، فأحصت الدراسة الأنواع الفنية التي وردت عليها وصايا الإمام، ثم ذهبت إلى استقراء أهم الخصائص الأسلوبية التي تمتعت بها نصوص الوصايا.

Commandments is one of the literary prose arts that the writings of Arabic literature has given them a widened room in their pages and allotted separate parts due to their utmost significance values and thoughts .they are condensed extraction of deep experiences in various aspects of life. This study deals with inducing Imam Alis (PBUH) commandments being wise and eloquent It traces the books of heritage of Imam Alis(PBUH) commandments in general Then it turns to deal with his commandments in the Approach of rhetoric ( Nahgul_ Balaghah)in particular .It has counted the art type of Imam Alis (PBWH) commandments then it goes to induce the stylistic features that the texts of commandments are characterized by and as follows: - It observed in the guiding and educating commandments (as a commandment utterance ) the prevalence of adjectival statements which tend to brevity and clarity of thought through rewarding it in another style . R the commandments that (does not come as a commandment utterance ) it is observed that the prevalence of the compositional sentences in general and the imperative and prohibitive mood, in particular Commandments use assonance generally . - Imam Ali (PBUH) does not direct the command and provision - Only ,but he mentions the reason, behind it and that is known as "justification style" which denotes the deep knowledge . - Commandments use the directed discourse (address) generally except in some of death commandments. \
