|a تتناول هذه الدراسة واحدة من الظواهر الخطيرة التي تعاني منها البيئة العراقية، لاسيما في الأقسام الجنوبية منها، ألا وهي ظاهرة التصحر، التي أخذت تجتاح مساحات واسعة من الأراضي مسببة تدهورا واضحا فيها وتراجعا ملحوظا في إنتاجيتها، وقد انسحب ذلك على البيئة الحياتية المائية متمثلا في انخفاض إنتاجية المسطحات المائية من الثروة الحيوانية والنباتية، وتتداخل مجموعة من العوامل الطبيعية، يأتي في مقدمتها العامل المناخي، مع أخرى بشرية، والمتمثلة بسوء استخدام الثروات الطبيعية والإفراط في استثمارها، لتساهم في تفاقم الآثار والنتائج الناشئة عن هذه الظاهرة، ولوحظ من خلال الدراسة التداخل الكبير بين أسباب التصحر والنتائج المترتبة بها والمظاهر الناشئة عنها، كونها من الظواهر التي يصبح فيها التأثير متبادل بين العوامل والنتائج، فهي سبب ونتيجة في ذات الوقت
|b This study addresses one of the dangerous phenomena experienced by the Iraqi environment, especially in the sections south of it, namely the phenomenon of desertification, which took the sweeping of large areas of land, causing a deterioration evident in the significant decline in productivity, has pulled out on the living environment of water are represented in the low productivity of water bodies of animal and plant resources, and overlapping set of natural factors in the forefront of climatic factor with other human and of the misuse of natural resources and excessive investment to contribute to the aggravation of the effects and results arising from this phenomenon, it was noted during the study, the large overlap between the causes Desertification and its consequences and manifestations arising from them, being one of the phenomena that becomes a mutual influence between the factors and results, it is a cause and effect at the same time.
