المستخلص: يحاول هذا البحث أن يقرأ قراءة نقدية مقارنة قضية تعبير شعوب العالم المختلفة في آدابها عن معنى Motif الاستمرارية في الحب بعد الموت. فالتشابه بين آداب كثيرة في تعبيرها عن هذا المعنى أمر مثبت بالشواهد الصريحة المأخوذة من آداب مختلفة، وهو تشابه يصل إلى حد التطابق في كثيرة من الأحيان، ويفضي هذا التشابه إلى نهوض سؤال جوهري عن العوامل التي أدت إليه. وأول ما يتبادر إلى الذهن هو انه ناجم عن تأثير بعض الآداب في آداب أخرى. لكن البرهنة على هذه الفرضية أمر معجز في بعض جوانبه لانعدام التماس المباشر أو غير المباشر بين الأطراف التي يفترض أن تكون متداينه. مما يفسح المجال أمام فرضية أخرى مفادها أن التشابه ناتج عن نشابه مراحل التطور والظروف الاجتماعية والسيكولوجية لدى الشعوب المنتجة لهذا المعنى، ويؤكد ذلك أن هذا المعنى ذو أصول شعبية شفهية من ناحية وأنه مرتبط بعقيدة أنسنه animism الطبيعة من ناحية أخرى.

This research aims at achieving a comparative critical reading of peoples' different ways of expressing the motif of immortality of love in their literature around the world. There is proof of the similarity between many world literatures about this motif, represented in the original quotations taken from those literatures. This similarity can be so close to the extent that those literatures look almost identical in many examples. Such similarity arises a key question about the factors that shaped it. The first proposal, that we might think of, is the influence of some literatures on others. But to prove this proposition, is very difficult in some eases because of not having a direct or, even, indirect contact between the literatures that are supposed to have borrowed from each other. This gives a chance for another possibility suggesting that this similarity is the outcome of the similarity of the developing stages, the social circumstances and the psychology of the peoples who have produced this motif. This emphasizes the fact that the themes of the infinity of love have oral popular origins, on one hand, and is related to the tradition of the humanization of nature, on the other hand.
