| 520 | |b It is obvious that the HOLY QURAN deals with the Islamic Political Concept purposively. This, actually explains the general purposes, and draws the exclusive frames which guide people ahead and require what they generate, and also provide the human mind with abilities of insight and expectation. There are accumulations of carnally and spatially experiences, which react with reality, and make use of texts and exploit experience and expertise. \ It is well known that political intellect is a mental humanistic exercise adopted to organize and arrange affairs of life, as known preludes to achieve unknown results. And as long as man intellect initiates from his comprehensive vision and his creed and his comprehensive type which determine his curriculum and resources, and his theory of knowledge. The Moslems have their own political intellect rising from their vision, whose bases are clarified in the resources of this intellect, represented mainly in the HOLLY QURAN. \ The HOLLY QURAN doesn’t provide detailed theories about man, but it guides and helps him to find out theories and rules to be bases for man’s knowledge and sciences represented in his assiduity \ Islam has guaranteed freedom to all and sets tackled since initiating its state., it started eradicating slavery, which reflected worshiping the right of man’s freedom, and the Islamic political intellect, and it also gave priority to ratify this pedestal in a balanced way. \ | ||
