المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس الاعتماد المتبادل (التعاون والتنافس) لدى طلبة جامعة القادسية وإلى التعرف على دلالة الفروق في مستوى الاعتماد المتبادل لدى طلبة جامعة القادسية على وفق كل من متغيري الجنس (ذكور-إناث) والتخصص (علمي-إنساني) بالإضافة إلى التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين الاعتماد المتبادل وكل من متغيري الجنس (ذكور-إناث) والتخصص (علمي-إنساني)، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم بناء أداة لقياس الاعتماد المتبادل لدى طلبة الجامعة تتوفر فيهما الخصائص السيكومترية الواجب توافرها في بناء المقاييس النفسية كالصدق والثبات والقدرة على التمييز. حيث طبقت هذه الأدوات على عينة قوامها (150) طالب وطالبة تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من طلبة جامعة القادسية ومن الاختصاصات العلمية والإنسانية في كلية الآداب والهندسة والطب والتربية. وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة ولعينتين مستقلتين ومعامل ارتباط بوينت باسيريال، اتضح أن الطلبة أكثر ميلاً نحو السلوك التعاوني منه نحو السلوك التنافسي، وظهر أن هناك أثراً ذا دلالة إحصائية لمتغير الجنس في مستوى الاعتماد المتبادل ولصالح الاناث وأثراً ذا دلالة احصائية لمتغير التخصص الاكاديمي في مستوى الاعتماد المتبادل ولصالح ذوي التخصص العلمي، وقد ظهر أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين كل من الاعتماد المتبادل والجنس (ذكور-إناث) والتخصص الاكاديمي (علمي-إنساني). وقد تقدم الباحث بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات \

The Present research aims at measuring the reciprocal dependence ( cooperation and competition ) among the students of the university of Al-Qadissiya and knowing the significance of the differences at the level of reciprocal dependence among the students of university of Al-Qadissiya according to sex variable ( male - female ) and specialisation ( scientific - human ) . To achieve the aims of the research , a measuring tool has been constructed to measure the reciprocal dependence among university students in which it has the psychometric characteristics that should be available in constructing psychological measurements like : validity , reliability , and discrimination .These implements have been conducted on a sample of ( 150 ) male and female students chosen by a simple and random way from the scientific and human specializations of colleges of Arts and Engineering , Medicine and Education . After manipulating the data statistically by using T- test on one sample and on two separate samples and Point Biserial correlation relationship . It is shown that students a more tendency toward the cooperative behaviour than the competitive one . And it is shown that there is a bearing having a statistical indication of sex variable on the level of the reciprocal dependence among female students and a bearing having a statistical indication of the academic specialisation on the level of the reciprocal dependence among the scientific specialisations students . And it is n that there is a correlative relationship between the reciprocal dependence and sex ( male - female) and it is shown that there is a correlative relationship between the reciprocal dependence and the academic specialisation ( scientific - human). The researcher has presented a number of recommendations and suggestions
