المستخلص: Political geography take great important in people structure. considered it one of the important elements which rely on it the human characters for the state. human structure mean the study of the human characteristics group which the society consist from it from the demography structure and Ethnographic structure. Ethnographic structure defines as the study of nations and nationalities state which found inside political union setting. Some states. formed its people from one nationality or more then many nationalities or describe in deferent faith. nationality and ethnic series. it is important elements in building the political value for state. The national. religious and denominational variety itself didn't cause problem for Iraqi people but it make from Iraq the idolater variety state and formed unique sample in the middle east and the Arabic area. but this verification will become dangerous if down under the effect of two basic elements. firstly: internal represented in clash on the authority between more and less. and the other elements is external may be regional or international employ the idolater verification to get targets and current and future strategically interest. The researcher see that what witnessed to Iraq from events specially in the latest years from savagery actions touched its people. didn't a idolater clash or sectarian war but it is political closing clash in name (nationality, religious or belief) and we can call it (political sectarian) or (political competition) to get on the rule position in Iraq, lay from many elements, the important of it was the American occupation forces and the negative intervene for regional neighbor states, and the medium escalation for some medium devises which made from it blooding clash during facts forgery. and didn't forget the role of the parties and competition groups on the authority inside Iraq,which used all the papers. The problem of the study represented by the next question: Was the ethnographic structure for Iraqi people effects on building and stability of the state? Or: Was the ethnographic structure for Iraqi people ale in the events which witness the modern and contemporary history for this country. The study put assumption: There is a clear role and prominent impact for idolater structure in Iraqi state stability during the latest decades, specially what Iraq witnessed from idolater competition (nationality, religious or sectarian) on the authority after occupation (2003 - 2009) in effect of groups of internal and external elements. The study want to accomplish groups of aims which are: 1. Covering on the important and the role of the ethnographic structure in building the state in general and the Iraqi country in special. 2. Express the natural of idolater diversity in Iraq and knowing the size of the nationality, religious and belief idolaters and specify geographic distribution. 3. Sheds light on the role of the idolater element in stability of Iraq and specify the different and competition point in mere and academic shape. 4. Put the suitable solutions to limit the idolater competition on the authority. and prevent its development to became lasting idolater clash to make from Iraq yard for internal fight between its shapes and cause in its destruction.
