تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع استخدام برامج التطبيقات الحاسوبية من قبل الموظفين الإداريين في جامعة الطائف وتشخيص الأسباب الكامنة وراء قبول أو رفض استخدم هذه البرامج في أداء أعمالهم المكتبية والإدارية، حيث سيتم تطبيق نموذج((Selamat Z,Jaffar N, and Boon O,2009) لقبول التكنولوجيا لتفسير سلوك أفراد العينة تجاه قبول أو رفض استخدام التطبيقات الحاسوبية. ولأغراض هذه الدراسة تم بناء استبانه لقياس المتغيرات المستقلة (عوامل نموذج قبول التكنولوجيا)، والمتغير التابع (واقع استخدام التطبيقات الحاسوبية). أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من الموظفين الإداريين في فرع الحوية بلغ حجمها (125) موظفاً. استخدمت الإحصاءات الوصفية، والانحدار المتعدد وتحليل التباين الأحادي واختبار(T) للعينات المستقلة في تحليل البيانات واختبار فرضيات الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: استخدام مرتفع لبرنامج مايكروسوفت وورد ووظائفه الرئيسية في تحرير المستندات من قبل أفراد العينة في أعمالهم. 1-إدراك مرتفع لفوائد وسهولة استخدام برامج التطبيقات الحاسوبية من قبل أفراد العينة في أعمالهم. 2-أكدت الدراسة على صحة فرضيات نموذج قبول التكنولوجيا في تفعيل استخدام برامج التطبيقات الحاسوبية في إدارة الأعمال. اقترحت الدراسة عدداً من التوصيات لتفعيل استخدام برامج التطبيقات الحاسوبية في إدارة الأعمال. \
The study aims to reveal the reality of the use of computer application programs the reality of using a computer application Programs by the administrative staff in Taif University, and diagnose the reasons behind the acceptance or rejection of using these programs to perform their office and administrative tasks, by using (Selamat Z, Jaffar N, and Boon O, 2009) technology acceptance model to explain the behavior of the sample for accepting or rejecting the use of computers application Programs. For the purposes of this study a questionnaire was built to measure the independent variables (factors technology acceptance model), and the dependent variable (the reality of using computer application programs). the study was conducted on a random sample from administrative staff in the branch of the Hawiye, this sample consist of 125 employee. a Descriptive Statistics, Multiple Regression, One Way ANOVA and Independent - Sample T-Test were used to analyzing data and testing the hypotheses of the study. The study concludes The Following: 1. There is a high level using of a Microsoft Word and its basic functions in editing documents from The sample in their work. 2. There is High level of a Realizing to benefits and ease of use computer applications programs by individuals of the sample in their work. 3. The study confirmed the validity of hypotheses of technology acceptance model in the effective use of computer application programs in business administration. The study suggested a number of recommendations for the effective use of computer application programs in business administration. \
