The aim of this article is to diagnose the thinkable conceptual and practical dimensions of Arab Civil Society. It explains the problems which created the fragile contemporary society. It contains the mechanism of how to rebuild the civil society in the region, and how to treat its degeneration. We can reinforce this society through preparing the individuals to be able to manage their daily life, Judge their selves by selves, self-med, deepening the philosophy of respect the other using anti corruption policy, avoiding the dictatorship, using and developing the media as a capable mean to deepen the standard of awareness in rebuilding the civil society and transfer the thoughts and cultural traditions from the elite to the base of people. |
