البحث بعنوان: "الصلة بين الحكم والإيمان عند أهل السنة والجماعة"، وهدفه بيان مكانة الحكم بما أنزل الله، وتلقي التشريع من الله في حقيقة الإيمان المطلقة عند أهل السنة والجماعة، وظهر ارتباطهما الوثيق بقول القلب الإيماني وهو التصديق والإقرار، وارتباطهما القوي بأعمال القلوب الإيمانية مثل الإخلاص والمحبة والرضا، وظهر أنهما يرتبطان بقول اللسان الإيماني، فهما من مقتضيات شهادة أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمداً رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وظهر ارتباطهما بأعمال الجوارح حيث أن الحكم والتحاكم من أعمال الجوارح الظاهرة. وقد تناول البحث بيان حقيقة الكفر عند أهل السنة والجماعة، ودلل على أنه حقيقة مركبة من القول والعمل وظهر أن الحكم بغير ما أنزل الله منه ما هو كفر أكبر ومنه ما هو كفر أصغر، فالأكبر إذا كان بجحد واستحلال، وهذا يناقض قول القلب الإيماني وعمله، وقول اللسان وعمل الجوارح الإيمانيين، بخلاف الأصغر فهو بهوي وظلم وشهوة دون جحد واستحلال. وتبيّن من خلال البحث أن التشريع بغير ما أنزل الله تعالى غير منقسم إلى أكبر وأصغر، بل كله كفر أكبر، فهو كما يناقض عمل الجوارح الإيماني، يناقض كذلك قول القلب وعمله، سواء أعلن ذلك بلسانه أو لم يعلنه. وتبيّن من خلال البحث التفريق بين التكفير المطلق بالتشريع بغير ما انزل الله واستحلال الحكم بغير ما أنزل الله، وبين التكفير المقيد، فالمعين لابد في حقه من استيفاء الشروط والتأكد من الخلو من الموانع والله الموفق.
for the Sunnis", it's objective is to describe the rule of Quran and Sunna and receiving legislation from God in terms of absolute belief for Sunnis, their contact relation revealed by believe and acknowledgement and their strong relation with believe heart works such as loyalty, love and satisfaction, it is obviously that they relate to belief tongue saying, they represent the necessities of saying: There is No God but God and Mohammed is the messenger of God, rather, their correlation appears in human organs where rule and "bringing one another before arbitration" are part of the outstanding organs works. The research discusses the description of unbelief reality for Sunnis, indicating that it is a reality composed of saying and work, it is obviously that the rule without Quran and Sunna somewhat includes major unbelief and sometimes indicates to small unbelief, the major one takes place under disbelief and permissibility, this matter contradicts with the belief heart saying and work, tongue saying and organs work under belief, unlike the small one which relates to fancy, injustice and appetite without disbelief or permissibility. From research, it is obviously that the civil legislation is not divided to major and small, but all of which considered as major unbelief, as it contradicts with the belief organs work, also contradicts with heart saying and work, either announces it or not. Also it is concluded that there is a differentiation between the absolute ungratefulness under civil legislation and permissibility to judge without Quran and Sunna, and between the confined ungratefulness, the appointed one should meet conditions and ensuring that there are no prohibited matters.
