اختلف الفقهاء في حكم صلاة المأموم أمام الإمام، على ثلاثة أقوال: القول الأول: لا تصح الصلاة أمام الإمام مطلقاً بعذر أو بدون عذر، لوجوب ترك التقدم على الإمام، وهو قول الحنفية والشافعية والحنابلة. القول الثاني: لا تصح الصلاة أمام الإمام إلا عند الضرورة والعذر الشديد، كزحمة لا يمكن معها الصلاة خلف الإمام، وهو قول عند الحنابلة، رجحه الإدام ابن تيمية رحمه الله. القول الثالث: تصح الصلاة أمام الإمام مطلقاً، لسنية ترك التقدم على الإمام، وهو قول الإمام الليث بن سعد، وابن راهويه، وأبى ثور، وداود الظاهري، وهو قول الإمام الشافعي في القديم، لكن مع الكراهة، وقول عند الحنابلة مع الكراهة أيضا. وبهذا قال أيضأ الإمام مالك لكن مع الكراهة التنزيهية بدون عذر، وبدونها مع العذر والضرورة، كزحمة وضيق مكان.

The second saying: the prayer doesn’t become clear in front of the imam at the necessity and strong excuse like as for a jam, he is not possible with her the prayer behind is the imam, this is saying taken by Al-Hanabelah, it was headstrong by the Imam Ben taimyah over the God had mercy upon him. The third saying: the prayer become clear is in front of the imam no ways for law of nature of a leaving the antecedence on the imam, this is Al-Imam Al-Llayth Ben saeed, Ben Rahwaya, Abi thowr and Daowd althahery saying, this is saying taken by Al-Hanabelah. By this he said also the Imam Malek but with the impartiality hatred without cheeks, and without her with the cheeks and the necessity, like a jam and the narrowness of a place.
