المستخلص: This paper addresses the scientific point of views of the effect of television and radio programs on the child in his various growing stages. These views have taken from the children actual condition, where children opinion survey questionnaires were prepared, and results were drawn and treated statistically. And we present these results and their interpretations in this paper because of their importance on rearing young children and implant values in their souls from early childhood. These is no doubt that the children in their various growing stages (early childhood, middle childhood, and late childhood). Have growing characteristics that differ from stage to the other, and that require the awareness of these characteristics and must be taken into consideration when design educational, cultural, and instructional programs for them. Concerning with their interests, tendencies, nature, and growing needs, children appreciate and respect themselves and their existing. Thus, this paper is very important for educationalists, child caregivers, and the people who prepare the television and radio programs to facilitate the achievement of the constructive objects in this field.
