المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على الدور الذي يقوم به المعلم المتعاون في مدارس التطبيق من وجهة نظر الطلاب المعلمين بكلية المعلمين بجامعة الملك سعود، والتوصية بما يراه الباحث لتحسين وزيادة فاعلية المعلم المتعاون في مدارس التطبيق. وقد أستخدم الباحث لجمع المعلومات استبانة تكونت من محاور ثلاثة وسبع وثلاثين فقرة موزعة على المحاور 15-16-6 على التوالي، وذلك بعد عرضها على محكمين ذوي اختصاص. استخدام الباحث برنامج التحليل الأحصائي SPSS، وقد توصل الباحث بدراسته إلى:- يقوم المعلم المتعاون بالدور المنوط به تجاه الطلاب المعلمين في مدارس التطبيق بشكل مرض في المحور الثاني(دور المعلم المتعاون في تفاعل الطالب المعلم مع الحياة المدرسية). كما يقوم المعلم المتعاون بالدور المنوط به تجاه الطلاب المعلمين في مدارس التطبيق بشكل مرض في المحور الأول بدرجة رضي أقل(مشاركة المعلم المتعاون في متابعة الأداء التدريسي للطالب المعلم) كذلك يقوم المعلم المتعاون بالدور المنوط به تجاه الطلاب المعلمين في مدارس التطبيق بشكل مرض في المحور الثالث(دور المعلم المتعاون في تفعيل دور الطالب المعلم في الأنشطة المدرسية). وفي الختام أوصى الباحث بضرورة اختيار مدارس التطبيق وفق أسس واضحة ومدروسة، وضرورة قيام المعلم المتعاون مع الطالب المعلم بالأدوار المناطة بعمله بصورة افضل، كما أوصى بضرورة إسناد عملية الإشراف من قبل المعلم المتعاون في مدارس التطبيق لمعلمين ذوي مهارات وخبرات عالية في مجال العمل التربوي، وعقد دورات صقل وتنمية لمعلمي مدارس التطبيق التي يتم اختيارها لشرح أهداف وآلية العمل ببرنامج التربية الميدانية. \

The aim of this study Alternately the role of the cooperating teacher in the schools of the application from the perspective of student teachers at Teachers College at King Saud University، and the recommendation as it deems researcher to improve and increase the effectiveness of the cooperating teacher in the schools of the application. The researcher used to gather information questionnaire consisted of three axes and thirty-seven items distributed to the axes 15-16-6، respectively، after presentation to the arbitrators with jurisdiction. The researcher used statistical analysis program SPSS، The researcher concluded his study to: The teacher cooperative play its part towards the student teachers in the schools of the application satisfactorily in the second axis (the role of the cooperating teacher in student teacher interaction with school life). As the teacher cooperative play its part towards the student teachers in the schools of the application satisfactorily in the first axis degree of satisfaction less (the cooperating teacher participation in the follow-up teaching performance of the student teacher) the teacher as well collaborating vital role towards the student teachers in the schools of the application satisfactorily in the third axis (the cooperating teacher's role in activating the role of the student teacher in school activities). In conclusion، the researcher recommended the need to choose schools according to the foundations of the application are clear and well thought out. And the need for teacher collaborating with the student teacher roles assigned to work better. Ka recommended that the award process supervision by the teacher collaborating in the schools of the application for the teachers with the skills and expertise in the field of educational work. And sessions of the refinement and development for teachers of schools in the application that is chosen to explain the objectives and mechanism of action Education program in the field. \
