|b This study sheds light on the principle features of the life of the writer and the poet Amin Nakhlah. It introduces the reader to the areas in which Nakhlah made the most significant lit erary and academic contributions. These include the fields of poetry, prose, manuscript preparation, language, history, and law. Attention is drawn to those aspects of Nakhlah's work that are the most singular and noteworthy, particularly the beauty of his composition and the originality of his thought and manner of expression. This investigation of the stations in Nakhlah's life, writing and production makes it clear that he was a rich figure: a man whose production drew upon a multitude of cultural sources, who distinguished himself on the level of literary creativity, and who gave voice to judicious, profound insights into literature, art, and life
