يعد المطبخ القلب النابض لأي مسكن حيث أنه من أهم وأصعب الفراغات الداخلية في المنزل حيث تتعدد الأعمال به وتختلف طبيعتها وأهميتها ومدى صعوبتها، ومن هنا تأتي أهمية تنظيمه وترتيبه، وتعتبر المطابخ من الفراغات المنزلية الهامة لإعداد وتجهيز الطعام وقد يستعمل لتناوله أيضاً حسب مساحته، ونظراً لأهمية التصميم الداخلي للمطابخ وما يتعلق به من تأثير على تبسيط العمل المنزلي من هنا نبعت فكرة البحث الحالي بهدف دراسة وعي ربة الأسرة بمتطلبات التصميم الداخلي للمطبخ وعلاقته بتطبيقها لأسس تبسيط العمل المنزلي، ثم تقديم بعض المعالجات التصميمية للمشكلات الوظيفية بالمطبخ). وقد تم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة التي أعدتها الباحثتان (استمارة البيانات العامة – استبيان الوعي بمتطلبات التصميم الداخلي للمطبخ – استبيان تطبيق أسس تبسيط العمل المنزلي) على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (200) ربة أسرة من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية. وقد استخدمت التحليلات الإحصائية التالية: (النسب والتكرارات – F.Test – معامل ارتباط بيرسون) للتوصل إلى نتائج البحث التي يتخلص أهمها فيما يلي: • وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الوعي بمتطلبات التصميم الداخلي للمطبخ، وكذلك تطبيق ربة الأسرة لأسس تبسيط العمل المنزلي بالمطبخ للمتغيرات الديموجرافية والسكنية المحددة بالدراسة (تعليم الزوج، عمر ربة الأسرة، دخل الأسرة، مساحة المسكن الكلية، نوع تصميم المطبخ). • وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية موجبة بين الوعي بمتطلبات التصميم الداخلي للمطبخ وبين تطبيق ربة الأسرة لأسس تبسيط المنزلي. • أن تصميمات المطابخ على شكل (حرف U، حرف L) أسهل في تطبيق أسس تبسيط العمل المنزلي من المطبخ على شكل تصميم خط واحد، ويرجع ذلك لأسباب منها توافر مسحات تخزين أكبر، قرب مراكز العمل الرئيسية (الثلاجة – الموقد – الحوض) من بعضها البعض. في ضوء نتائج البحث كانت أهم التوصيات التي أوصت بها الباحثتين: الاهتمام بتوزيع مراكز العمل بالمطبخ توزيعا صحيحاً، الاهتمام بالتصميم الجيد للفراغات لأنه أحد الركائز الأساسية لسهولة العمل بالمطبخ، الحرص على مبدأ التجديد والابتكار في تصميمات المطابخ والتنويع في أشكال الدواليب والخزائن ومسطحات العمل واستخدام الألوان الفاتحة والزاهية لأن ربة المنزل تقضي فيه وقت طويل وهذا ينعكس إيجابياً على كفاءة الأداء. كما يجب الاستعانة بذوى الخبرة والاختصاص في مجال تصميم وتأثيث المطابخ لدرايتهم ومعرفتهم العميقة بأفضل الخيارات والحلول والمعالجات اللازمة، ولتلافي الوقوع في الأخطاء التي قد تكلف ربة المنزل الكثير من المال عند الرغبة في التغيير.
The Kitchen is considered to be the heart of each house, as it is one from the most important and difficult interior spaces in the house. It has multiple tasks with different nature and importance. Therefore, it is important to organize and arrange it Kitchens are considered to be from the important home spaces for preparing food. Also, we can use it as a place for eating food according to its area. The idea of this research came from the importance of the kitchen's interior design and its impact on domestic work simplification. The purpose of this research is to study the awareness of family's housewife with the requirements of kitchen's interior design, and its relationship with her application of fundamentals of domestic works simplification. Also, this research aims to provide some design treatments of functional problems in the kitchen. The tools of the study have been applied on purposive sample consists of (200) housewife from different social and economical levels in Holy Makkah region (Holy Makkah, Jeddah, Taif). The researchers used the following statistical analyzes (percentages and frequencies, F. Test and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient) in order to reach to results of the study; from which are the followings: There are statistically significant differences between the awareness with the requirements of kitchen interior design, and also the family's housewife application to the fundamentals of domestic work simplification in the kitchen. These differences are according to some specified demographic and housing variables in the study. These variables are such as (age of family's housewife, type of kitchen design and the total area of the house). Furthermore, there is positive statistically significant correlation between the awareness with the requirements of kitchen interior design and the family's housewife application to the fundamentals of domestic work simplification. Also, the study led to that the kitchen design on (U, L) letters is easier in the application to the fundamentals of domestic work simplification than the kitchen design with one line, because many reasons; availability of more storage spaces, near of main duty stations (Refrigerator, Oven and Basin) from each others. On the other hand, the other type of design does not provide these main fundamentals of domestic works simplification. Based upon the reached results the researchers recommended the following:- Caring with distributing the main duty stations within the kitchen correctly, caring with good design of spaces because it is one from the main pillars of simplification of kitchen works, concern for renewing and innovation in kitchens' design and diversification in the forms of cupboards and cabinets and using light colors because housewife spends longtime and this has positive reflection on her capability to achieve . Furthermore, researchers recommend seeking for help from specialists and experts in the field of kitchen designing as they have deep knowledge with the best required options and solutions, and in order to avoid mistakes that may cost housewife a lot of money at change
