إن العصر الحالي هو عصر الإدارة العلمية، فلقد تطورت المجتمعات فيه وتعقدت وأصبح التنافس في جميع مجالات الحياة هو سمة رئيسية من سماته ولا شك في أن التنافس يخلق الأبداع والابتكار، وتلعب الإدارة العلمية دورا فعالا فيما تشهده مجتمعات اليوم من تطور وتقدم، حيث أصبحت الإدارة الرياضية وأصبح الإداري الرياضي المتخصص الفاهم والمدرك لكل ما هو جديد في علم الإدارة الحديثة من أهم ركائز العصر، فقد انتهى عصر الإداري الذى يجلس إلى مكتبه ليدير عمله من خلال خبرته في الحياة ، فأصبح الإداري الناجح هو الذى يضع كل ما هو جديد في كل ما يحيط به من تخصصات أمام عينه وليس في مجال تخصصه فقط، فالنهوض بمشروع اكتمال المنظومة الرياضة المحترفة يعد أمراً ضروريا من أجل مواكبه التقدم العلمي للرياضة والذي سبقتنا إليه العديد من الدول وهذا ما دعي الباحث إلـي إجراء هذه الدراسة لاحتراف الإداريين بالهيئات الرياضية المصرية في ضوء اكتمال المنظومة الرياضية الاحترافية، وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على:- 1- أبعاد احتراف الإداريين بالهيئات الرياضية، ٢ - معايير الإداري المحترف بالهيئات الرياضية، ٣ - تحديد فئات ومستويات الإداري المحترف بالهيئات الرياضية ، ٤ - طبيعة الالتزام العقدي للإداري المحترف بالهيئات الرياضية. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، واستخدم في أدوات جمع البيانات المقابلة الشخصية والاستبيان، وتمثلت العينة في المسئولين إداريا وتنظيميا عن الإداريين بالهيئات وهم أعضاء مجالس إدارات الأندية والاتحادات الرياضية ومديري الهيئات الرياضية ومديرين الأنشطة الرياضية ومساعديهم والمشرفين الرياضيين بالأندية والأجهزة الفنية والإدارية والطبية واللاعبين المحترفين والخبراء والنقاد والإعلاميين الرياضيين والإدارات المشرفة على الهيئات الرياضية تنظيميا وإداريا بالمجلس القومي للرياضة، واختيرت العينة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية حيث كانت حجم العينة (247). وكانت أهم الاستنتاجات لاحتراف الإداريين بالهيئات تبين الفرق الواضح بين العمل التطوعي والعمل الاحترافي داخل أروقة الهيئة الرياضية وزيادة الرضا الوظيفي للإداريين المحترفين مع توفير الرعاية الصحية والتامينة ضد الإصابة أو العجز أو الوفاه وتوفير الاستقرار النفسي والاجتماعي، كما يساعد على وضع السياسات والإجراءات واللوائح والضوابط التنظيمية الداخلية لإدارة شئون اللاعبين والمدربين المحترفين وتوثيق قواعد البيانات عن النشاط واللاعبين والجهاز الفني والإداري والأدوات والأجهزة والمنشآت الرياضية بطريقة منتظمة يسهل الوصول لها مستخدما جميع وسائل التقنية الحديثة، تصنيف مستويات الإداريين المحترفين إلى ثلاث فئات بناءا على عدة معايير بالإضافة إلى أن عقد الإداري المحترف يوضح به الراتب الشهري والامتيازات المالية المتفق عليها والمدة الزمنية والتزامات وواجبات كلا الطرفين مع توضيح العقوبات الجزاءات ومن أهم التوصيات وضع توصيف وظيفي للإداري المحترف بالهيئات الرياضية وعمل عقود احتراف للإداري المحترف وصياغته بقانون العمل المصري وتطبيق الاحتراف الإداري بجميع الهيئات الرياضية التي تطبق احتراف اللاعبين والمدربين، وضرورة وجود تنظيم موحد في مصر يجمع الإداريين المحترفين ويدافع عنهم (اشبة بالنقابة) ومن خلال يعرف الإداري المحترف حقوقه وواجباته (رابطة الإداريين المحترفين) وإيجاد صفة مهنية للإداري المحترف داخل المجتمع من خلال قوانين العاملين بالدولة حيث تكون مهنته الأساسية في البطاقة الشخصية له (أدارى رياضي محترف).
