المستخلص: The natural and human factors have a great effect on the natural settlement in a specific area in terms of the population residing or their economic and social activities Each factor has its effect and importance in that and in the Ein – tumor district those factors have a great effect as they increased the population residence and their different activities of life the natural factors have a great role in the agricultural production quantitatively and qualitatively due to the suitability of the climatic circumstances the soil nature and the availability of the fountains and wells that were a source for water the population exploited in their different domestic uses and to irrigate their agricultural crops on the other hand the human factors have on effective role in the prosperity of the area in study and helped in the population residence such as the historical factors which contributed to the appearance of the rural settlement in Ein _ Tumor because this area has its for historical age that is belonging to the Islamic conquest days Also the social factor represented in the tribal association and the desire to be united under the tribe standard is predominant in the country side of Ein _ Tumor district and this is a social aspect that clarified the tribal loyalty through living in groups and residing in neibouring and gathering. settlements College of Arts / University of Kufa.
