المستخلص:	Many Arab researchers were fast to believe in the concepts of modern linguistics. They also attempt to apply them on Arabic and especially concepts of Desaaaeir and his dualities . One of the most distinctive researchers in that aspect is Dr. Hassan who concentrates a lot of his papers to apply Desassaeir's first duality . It is the duality of language and utterance. He tried to apply them to the syntactic justification and alteration of vowels as well as phonetic segments. This applied insistence leads him to be fell in obvious contrast. This research increased it clarity and sheds the light on this issue. The research concludes that it is to important to amend the language syntactic and phenomenon for explanation and justification . The contrast that resulted from this insistence on the application refers to the issue under discussion.
