جاء البحث الموسوم (واقع تربية وإنتاج الدواجن في محافظة ذي قار) في ثلاثة محاور تناول المحور الأول التوزيع الجغرافي لإعداد مشاريع الدواجن وكميات انتاجة، وقد استعان الباحث بالأساليب الإحصائية والكمية لإظهار التوزيع الجغرافي بصورة الحقيقية. أما المحور الثاني فقد تناول دراسة العوامل الطبيعية والبشرية والحياتية المؤثرة في تربية وإنتاج الدواجن في المحافظة والتي كان له الدور الكبير والمؤثر علي هذا النوع من النشاط الزراعي. بينما جاء المحور الثالث لدراسة واقع الاكتفاء الذاتي لمنتجات الدواجن من فروج اللحم وبيض المائدة ومقدار العجز والفيض لغرض الوصول للمتطلبات الضرورية من هذه المنتجات وتغليص الفجوة الغذائية بين السكان ومنتجات الدواجن.
This research ,entitled (the actuality of the growth and productin of poultry in( ThQarGovemorate ) encompasses three axes .The first axis deals with the geographical distribution of the numbers of factories of poultry and the quantities of their productions.In this respect ,the researcher uses quantitative and statistical methods to demonstrate accurately the geographical distribution. The second axis concerns with investigating natural ,human and living factors that may influence the growth and production of poultry factories in the Governorate. These factors have a great and influential role on this kind of agricultural activity. The third axis studies the actuality of self-sufficiency of the products of pullets and eggs. It also studies the proportion of insufficiency and surplus so as to discover the necessary requirements of these products and to decrease alimentary gap that exists between people and the productc of poultry
