This has been advanced by many modern econom¬ic out comes One of the most important out comes is the technological inventions and its impact on information and commu¬nication systems This development has produced the new economy of e-commerce, which indicates the emergence of a new era in the interna-tional economy This will affect the individual behaviors, tax laws, custom laws, copy rights, privacy, monetary and financial poli¬cy and the role of government and the pri¬vate sector...ect. All these subjects raise the need for international efforts from states and organizations, lo face the side effects of such a new trend.
