In order to achieve and to meet such demands and educational needs, we should find a pattern of education in a flexible, efficient and effective education and away from the traditional pattern of education there is a cultural shift cover* and the variables of age. The new indicators* which began looming on the horizon, bring a lot of bids that are coming to make sure that the quality of productive transformation of our educational system; One of the most prominent of these indicators the project of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the development of education* which appeared to the application stage, which carries with it many* many points of success in content and methodology and infrastructure, which is where we see the system is in accordance with recent development away from the influences of past experience* which was an obstacle to the development of such movements.
