المستخلص: The development of the preparation of the teacher (teacher of Arabic) in the Saudi education system is one of the programs Which aims to raise the level of efficiency, effectiveness and quality in line with the requirements of the times and meet the needs of the labor market. In order to achieve and meet these demands and educational needs* it was necessary to bring about development in the education system and the creation of a flexible pattern of educations efficiency and effectiveness;, through the merger between the pattern of traditional education and e-learning. Requirements of the age of information revolution gives everyone the opportunity to advanced education* and capacity development of higher-order thinking skills and the granting of high-technology and the ability to self-learning for the future generation. In order to achieve and to meet such demands and educational needs, we should find a pattern of education in a flexible, efficient and effective education and away from the traditional pattern of education there is a cultural shift cover* and the variables of age. The new indicators* which began looming on the horizon, bring a lot of bids that are coming to make sure that the quality of productive transformation of our educational system; One of the most prominent of these indicators the project of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the development of education* which appeared to the application stage, which carries with it many* many points of success in content and methodology and infrastructure, which is where we see the system is in accordance with recent development away from the influences of past experience* which was an obstacle to the development of such movements. Where you could say that the most important indicators is the direct supervision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques - may God protect him - on the progress of this project and this certainly gives it many, many pillars of the process and factors of success, God willing.
