يتناول هذا البحث النظر في مصطلح بلاغي – وليس شرعيا - لم يحظ بالاهتمام الذي يجلي دلالته التامة عبر الدرس البلاغي هو (الحل والعقد) الذي أساسه دلالة الحل لنثر الكلام المنظوم، ودلالة العقد لنظم الكلام المنثور، وانتهى البحث إلى وجود أكثر من دلالة للمصطلح أولاها: الدلالة البلاغية التي أكثر ما اتصلت بمفهوم السرقات والأخذ، وثانيتها: الدلالة الفنية التي يكون المصطلح فيها دالا على جنس أدبي – يمكن القول إنه مغمور -، وثالثتها: الدلالة المنهجية التعليمية التي يصبح فيها المصطلح دالا على منهج تعليمي محض، وجاء هذا عبر تتبع للمصطلح وتطوراته لدى عدد من أشهر البلاغيين العرب.\\ كما جهد البحث في جلاء الصلة التي تربط بين دلالات الحل والعقد ونظريات التناص المحدثة، عبر مقاربات نصية بين نماذج سابقة للتناص وأخرى تالية له يمكن بعدها القول إن التناص – بصورة ما - تطور جزئي للدلالة الفنية لمصطلح الحل والعقد.
This research investigates in the Rhetoric function - and not the legislated- Did not take into consideration the complete function through the Rhetoric study which is (prosing and rhythming), its main principle the function of prosing the Rhythmic words, significance for Rythming the prose. The research has ended by finding more than one significance for the function, its first: The Rhetoric significance which was best related with stealing of taking. Second: the technical significance where the function to will be related will the literate type -which can be said as being obscure. Third: the educational curriculum significance, where the function will reveal a plain educational curriculum. This have resulted through the follow up of the function and its development for some of the most famous Arabic Rhetoricians.\\ The research has discussed the relationship between the prozing and significances and Rhythming significances and the text theories, through some intertextualit similaritiy between the previous text theories, through some intertextualit samples and others, without being able to say that the intertextualit was partially developed according to the technical significance for prozing and Rhythming.
