|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى شيوع ظاهرة العقم الزواجي في المجتمع الأردني، وإلى معرفة أهم العوامل الاجتماعية - الاقتصادية والديموغرافية المحددة لهذه الظاهرة، وذلك اعتماداً على تحليل بيانات مسح السكان والصحة الأسرية لعام (2007)، والذي أعدّ من قبل دائرة الإحصاءات العامة، بالتعاون مع وزارة الصحة، باستخدام ثلاثة مستويات من التحليل الإحصائي، تدرجت بين البسيطة إلى البسيطة الثنائية إلى المتقدمة، ممثلة بنموذج "تحليل الانحدار اللوجستي المتعدد الخطوات"، وبالاستعانة ببرنامج الرزم الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية المعروفSPSS"". \\\\ وكشفت الدراسة أهمية متغيرات مثل: مستوى تعليم الزوجة، ومستوى تعليم الزوج، وعمر الزوجة عند الزواج، وعمرها الحالي، واستخدام موانع الحمل في الأسرة، مقابل ضعف وهامشية تأثير باقي المتغيرات الاجتماعية الاقتصادية والديموغرافية على بروز مظاهر العقم لدى الزوجين في الأردن.
|b The purpose of this study is to determine of the prevalence of the phenomenon of marital infertility in Jordanian society, and analyze the most important social factors-economic, demographic, inherent in this phenomenon, based on the analysis of survey data of population and family health for the year (2007), which was prepared by the Department of Statistics, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, The research used three levels of statistical analysis, ranging from simple to the simple binary to advanced, represented by the model "analysis of logistic regression multi-steps", and using the program packages of statistical social science known as SPSS. \\\\ The results of the study emphasize the importance of variables such as level of education of the wife, and the level of education of the husband, age of wife at marriage, and the use of contraception in the family, in other side the result of the study emphasize the weak and the marginal effect of other variables, socio-economic and demographic rise of the manifestations of infertility in couples in Jordan.
