يُعدّ جمع التكسير من أوسع الأبواب الصرفية خروجا على مقتضى ظاهر القواعد الصرفية؛ لكثرة استعماله في اللسان العربي، كما أنّ له أوزانا كثيرة، بعضها يستعمل للعدد القليل الذي لا يتجاوز العشرة، وبعضها يستعمل للعدد الكثير الذي يزيد عليها، ولا تحصر نهايته. فهي تنقسم باعتبار القلّة والكثرة إلى قسمين: جمع القّلة، وجمع الكثرة. واختلف اللغويون في حقيقة هذا الجمع أمقصور هو على السماع، أم له قياس ذو اطراد، فمنهم من يذهب إلى هذا، ومنهم من يذهب إلى ذاك. \\ وعليه؛ فإنّ هذه الدراسة تسعى جاهدة إلى كشف النقاب عن قضايا جموع التكسير في "جامع البيان في تأويل القرآن" للطبري، وما يتصل بهذه القضايا من حيث القياس والسماع، ومذهب الطبري فيها؛ ومدى موافقة ذلك لآراء أهل العربية وتحليلاتهم وتعليلاتهم وتوجيهاتهم المختلفة، بحيث تنحو هذه الدراسة منحيين: يتناول أحدهما الجانب البنائي لجموع التكسير الواردة في هذا التفسير جمعا وتوزيعا على صيغها، ويتناول الثاني البحث في حقيقية هذا الجمع أهو سماعي أم قياسي، وبيان مدى مطابقة آراء الطبري لآراء أهل العربية في ذلك.
Neuter plural is considered As one of the most common irregular types in syntactical rules for its common use in Arabic linguistics, Also it has many forms, some of which are used for the small numbers that don’t exeed ten, while others are used for big numbers that are more than ten ad infinitum.in terms of finite and infinite numbers, this plural is divided in to two: plural of the finite and plural of the infinite. Grammarians disputed regarding this type of plural is it based on what is orally transmitted or judged according to its common use? Some adopted the first while others chose the second. \\ According, the present study seeks to unravel the issues of neuter plural”Al-tabari’s Jami Elbayan fee ta’weel Alqura’an” and the relevant topics of what is established as a rule or what depends on narrative, also it explores Altabaris’ View about this issue and the extent of his approval of the Arabic linguists perceptions, Analyses and different tendercies. Therefore the present study has two folds: the first is concerned whith the structural side of the neuter plurals as shown in this interpretation in the terms of statistics and categorisng these forms. The second explores verifying whether this plural is standard orally transmitted and the extent of the conformity of Atabari’s views whith the Arabic linguist’s or not.
