يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين مظاهر التنظيم الداخلي (التماسك الحركي – التماسك الاجتماعي – تفاعل الفريق الرياضي) وبين دافعين الانجاز لدى لاعبي كرة اليد والحصول على معادلة تنبؤية بدرجة (دافع انجاز النجاح, دافع الانجاز, دافع تجنب الفشل) بمعلومية التماسك الحركي والتماسك الاجتماعي لفرق كرة اليد, وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي "الدراسة المسحية" واشتملت عينة البحث على 109 لاعب يمثلون سبعة من أندية الدرجة الأولى تم تقسيمهم إلى (24) لاعب لتطبيق الدراسة الاستطلاعية, (85) لاعب لتطبيق الدراسة الأساسية وتم تطبيق مقاييس (قائمة دافعية الانجاز الرياضي – مقياس التماسك الاجتماعي للفريق الرياضي – مقياس التماسك الحركي للفريق الرياضي – مقياس استقرار بنيان وتفاعل الفريق الرياضي) وأسفرت النتائج عن أن التماسك الحركي يسهم بنسبة 68.555% يليه التماسك الاجتماعي بنسبة 8.079% والمقياسين يسهمون بنسبة 76.63% في بعد دافع انجاز النجاح, ويسهم وضوح الدور بنسبة 69.7761% يليه قبول الدور بنسبة 9.5530% ثم أداء الدور بنسبة 1.2508% والمقياس يسهم بنسبة 80.58% في بعد دافع انجاز النجاح, وتوصي الباحثة بالاهتمام بالتماسك الحركي للفريق ووضوح وقبول الدور حيث يسهمون بشكل كبير في دافع انجاز النجاح ودافع تجنب الفشل.
